Privacy Policy

Prime Edge Systems is a fitness, nutrition and coaching application published by Brandon Mysliwiec.
This policy describes what the application does with your information. It is written to be checked rather than trusted: every claim below corresponds to something in the application’s behaviour, and where a claim has a limit, the limit is stated.
The short version
Prime Edge Systems does not collect your data.
Everything you record — body measurements, workouts, food, photos, medical notes, lab results — is stored on your own device, in a database only this application can read. None of it is sent to the developer, and there is no server to send it to. There is no account, no sign-up, and no login.
There is no analytics, no telemetry, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDK that reports your behaviour to anyone.
What is stored, and where
The application stores whatever you choose to enter. Depending on which features you use, that may include:
- Profile details: name, date of birth, sex, height, weight
- Body measurements, progress photos, and body-composition figures
- Workouts, exercises performed, sets, loads and durations
- Food and nutrition logs
- Health information you choose to record, including conditions, medications, blood pressure, resting heart rate and uploaded lab results
- Goals, habits, notes and check-ins
- If you use coaching features: client records you create
This is stored only on your device:

It is deliberately not placed in your Documents folder, because on Windows that folder is commonly redirected into OneDrive, which would sync your health records to a third party without you being asked.
What leaves your device
By default, nothing.
The application ships with every network feature switched off. Each one is opt-in, listed here in full:

Turning either on is a decision you make in Settings. Turning it back off stops it. Nothing else in the application makes a network request.
There is no crash reporting. If the application fails, nothing is transmitted.
Data you export deliberately
The application can export backups, reports and coaching packages, and can generate PDFs. These are files, created because you asked for one, saved where you choose.
Once you move such a file — into a cloud folder, an email, a messaging app — it is governed by that service’s terms, not this policy. The application has no control over a file after you have shared it, and cannot retrieve it.
If you export a backup to a synced folder, your health data will sync. That is your choice to make; the application will not make it for you.
Permissions the application requests

The application does not request microphone access. A camera library it depends on declares that permission by default because it is capable of recording video with sound; the application explicitly removes it, because no audio is ever recorded.
The application does not request location access.
Health data
Health information you enter is treated exactly like every other record: stored locally, never transmitted, never analysed remotely.
The application does not integrate with Health Connect, Apple Health, Google Fit, or any other health platform. It does not read health data from other applications, and it does not write to them.
Nothing in this application is medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Educational content is provided with the research it rests on cited so you can check it, and recorded health conditions never silently alter any figure the application calculates for you.
Children
Prime Edge Systems is not directed at children under 13, and no data is knowingly collected from anyone — including children — because no data is collected from anyone at all.
Your control over your data
Because your data is on your device and nowhere else:
- To see it: open the application.
- To export it: use the backup or export features.
- To delete some of it: delete the records inside the application.
- To delete all of it: uninstall the application. On Android that removes the application’s private storage. On Windows and Linux, delete the folder listed above.
There is no account to close and no deletion request to submit, because there is nothing held elsewhere to delete. Rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability under regulations such as the GDPR and CCPA are satisfied directly by you, on your own device, without asking anyone’s permission.
Security
Your data is protected by your device’s own security — your lock screen, your user account, and your disk encryption if you use it.
The application additionally offers an optional application lock, and encrypts coaching packages it exports using established cryptographic libraries (AES-GCM with Argon2id key derivation). No cryptography was invented for this application.
Because data never leaves your device, there is no server to breach and no database of users to be stolen. The corresponding limit is equally real: if you lose your device and have no backup, your data is gone. Nobody can recover it for you, including the developer. Export backups.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes and the current version is published at this address. A change that affects what leaves your device will be described in the application’s release notes, not only here.
