The Prime Edge Systems mark: a stylised P and E forming a barbell.

Free. Local-first. No account.

Everything you track, on your own device.

Workouts, food, body measurements, photos, lab results and clients — in one application that never sends any of it anywhere.

Version 1.0.0. Windows, Linux and Android.

What it does

Workout logging

Log sets as you go, with a rest timer, personal records and a progression suggestion based on what you actually lifted.

An exercise library

799 movements with cues, muscle targets, equipment requirements and research notes that cite their sources.

Plans

Build the days you train and the sets on each — straight sets, pyramids, drop sets, supersets — written out as real numbers.

Food diary

A bundled USDA food database, searchable offline, with servings and macro targets you set yourself.

Progress

Measurements with charts, progress photos with side-by-side comparison, and goals that follow your readings.

Lab results

Type in a panel from a report. The app records what your laboratory printed — it supplies no reference ranges of its own.

Reports

Training, nutrition and body summaries over any period, exported as a real PDF you can print or hand to a coach.

Tools

Interval timer, stopwatch, plate calculator, one-rep-max estimates, body calculators, pace and unit conversion.

Coaching

An optional second workspace for clients, sessions and notes, kept strictly separate from your own training.

What it does not do

There is no server, so there is nothing to leak.

No account. No sign-up. No analytics, no telemetry, no crash reporting, no advertising, no tracking. The application makes no network request at all unless you switch one on, and the two switches that exist are off until you do.

Your workouts, food, measurements, photos, medical notes and lab results are stored in a database on your device that only this application reads. Backups go where you put them.

Where the numbers come from

Anywhere the application estimates something, it says so, names the method, and shows the disagreement between methods rather than one confident figure. Where research supports a claim, the citation is on screen. Where it does not, the application says that instead of inventing one.

Free, and staying that way

Prime Edge Systems costs nothing, has no subscription, no paid tier, and no feature held back. If it is useful and you want to put something toward it, there is a donation link — and nothing in the application changes whether you use it or not.
