• Responsibility: prepare materials, complete an agreed task, and ask for help when needed.
• Respect: describe another person’s position accurately, even when a learner disagrees.
• Service: apply developing skills to a useful, age-appropriate contribution.
• Perseverance: use feedback, try a new example, and recognize when a different strategy is needed.
• Agency: make reasoned choices and distinguish personal judgments from established facts.
