Peptide science,sorted by evidence.
Peptide Education for Researchers. 50 individual compounds and 9 blends, each documented across benefits, adverse effects, dosing, synergy and protocols — with what the literature reports, what mechanism predicts, and what the grey market claims kept rigorously apart.
The method
Three tiers. Never mixed.
Most peptide information fails in one specific way: it presents a rodent study, a mechanistic guess and a forum post as though they carry the same weight. Every section of every page on this site is split into three tiers, and each is labelled for what it is.
Study-Reported
Reported in peer-reviewed literature, registered clinical trials, or regulatory filings. Note the model: much peptide literature is in vitro or rodent work, not human trial data.
Theorized / Mechanistic
Extrapolated from a known mechanism, receptor profile, or adjacent compound class. Biologically plausible but not directly demonstrated for this compound in this context.
Grey Market & Community-Reported
Aggregated from research-community logs, forums, vendor literature and self-reported experience. Uncontrolled, unverified, subject to placebo, polypharmacy and product-purity confounds. Lowest evidentiary weight.
Because pretending it does not exist has never stopped anyone. The research community has practices, doses and protocols that differ substantially from published literature, and documenting them alongside the evidence — clearly labelled as uncontrolled self-report — is what lets a reader see the gap. Hiding them just means the only place to find them is somewhere with no caveats attached.
Monographs
What is on every page
Mechanism
Receptor targets and molecular pathways in plain language, with the parts that are inferred marked as inferred.
Benefits & adverse effects
Both split across all three tiers, with the study model stated on every entry — human trial, rodent, or cell culture.
Dosing
Published trial doses and community ranges in separate tables, so the distance between them is visible rather than blurred.
Synergy & protocols
Combination logic with links to every compound involved, and full protocols reproduced with annotation.
Handling & storage
Reconstitution, vial sizes, stability, and a direct link into the calculator preloaded for that compound.
Legal & anti-doping
Regulatory status and WADA position, stated on every page rather than buried in a footer.
Sources
Every reference links out to PubMed, a trial registry, or a primary regulatory document.
Evidence gaps
Where nothing has been studied, the page says so explicitly instead of leaving the section empty.
