Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the BrexLabs website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

Demo storefront notice

BrexLabs is currently operating as a demo storefront. Checkout is fully functional for demonstration purposes, but no live payments are processed and no physical orders are fulfilled until Stripe production keys are enabled and this notice is removed.

Products & pricing

  • All product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for informational purposes. We work to keep listings accurate but do not warrant that all details are error-free.
  • Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion.

Orders & payment

Once live checkout is enabled, payment will be processed securely through Stripe at the time of order. Orders are considered accepted once payment is confirmed and a confirmation is issued.

Shipping

Estimated ship times are provided on the site and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns & warranty

  • Most gear is eligible for return within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition with original packaging.
  • Defective items are covered under a 1-year limited hardware warranty against manufacturing defects, excluding damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear.
  • Contact support before returning any item to receive return instructions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt service, scrape content at scale, or use the store for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of liability

BrexLabs and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or its products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the store evolves. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
