BrexLabs ("we," "us," "our") sells performance PC peripherals and accessories through this website. This policy explains what information we collect when you browse, shop, or contact us, and how we use it. BrexLabs is currently a demo storefront — no live payments are processed and no orders are fulfilled at this time.

Information we collect

• Contact information you provide through our contact form — name, email, and message content.
• Checkout information entered at checkout — shipping address and payment details, entered for demonstration purposes only in the current version of the store.
• Cart data stored locally in your browser (localStorage) so items persist between visits on the same device. This data never leaves your device or reaches our servers.
• Basic usage data such as pages visited, collected in aggregate through standard web server logs.

How we use information

• To respond to support and order inquiries submitted through the contact form.
• To process and fulfill orders once live payment processing is enabled.
• To maintain and improve the security and performance of the site.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Payment processing

When live checkout is enabled, payments will be processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. BrexLabs does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers. Review Stripe's own privacy policy for details on how they handle payment data.

Cookies & local storage

This site uses browser localStorage to remember your cart contents on this device. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can clear your cart at any time from the cart page, or clear your browser's local storage to remove all locally saved data. To request deletion of any information submitted through our contact form, email us using the details on our Contact page.

Children's privacy

BrexLabs is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
